Terms of Service

Welcome to Yosteps. By using the platform, you accept the following terms. This is an informational document; a final legal version will be added before any paid production launch.

1. Purpose

Yosteps connects artists, music agencies and TikTok dancers to create dance content around music tracks, in exchange for payment in credits.

2. User accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Credits

Yosteps credits are an internal unit worth approximately €1 (excl. tax) per credit. They are used to send pitches and to pay dancers for their approved videos. Credits are non-refundable except in the case of an automatic refund (declined or expired pitch).

4. Music rights

As an artist or agency, you certify that you hold all the necessary rights (master and publishing) to allow dancers to use your tracks within Yosteps campaigns, on TikTok and equivalent platforms.

5. Dancer obligations

The dancer agrees to post their TikTok video within the agreed deadline, to use the provided track, and not to delete the video for at least 60 days.

6. Moderation

Yosteps reserves the right to moderate, reject or remove any content or account that does not comply with these terms, without notice or refund.

7. Limitation of liability

Yosteps acts as a technical intermediary. The platform is not responsible for direct disputes between artists and dancers, but may step in to mediate. No performance guarantee (views, engagement) is offered.

8. Changes

Yosteps may change these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email or through the platform.
